With a passion for plants and sustainable
living, Emily is native New Englander with strong Czech roots. Emily grew up helping her ‘babi’ (grandma)
with the daily chores of tending currants, gooseberries and all manner of fruit trees and using the fruits
(literally) of their labors in all sort of traditional dumplings, jellies and pastries. Emily attended
the University of Connecticut and earned a B.S. in Landscape Architecture. After school and before joining
Greayer Design Associates she designed interior and exterior landscapes for commercial buildings around Boston
including The Esplanade and the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel.
